Relaxation Station is a complete contrast therapy unit placed in areas of incredible natural beauty with 0 impact to the environment. We want to create a place to reconnect with yourself and others, become present in the moment. At the same time as getting the very best health benefits contrast therapy provides.

Relaxation Station offers 1 hour sessions in the Finnish inspired sauna and solar powered cold plunge. We find the best views in the UK so you can be present and enjoy your session.
